What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns conditions:


  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Some items such as clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable



How to start a return:


  • Please contact us first before sending anything back
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted



Refunds:


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect



Damaged or wrong items:

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through Yoco, which allows secure processing of the following methods:


  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Debit cards (supported by Yoco)
  • EFT payments (if enabled by Yoco)
  • Mobile card payments



Our checkout is encrypted and safe, and your card details are never stored on our site.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. In this case, you may request a return once the item has been delivered, in line with our return policy.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa.

We’re working on expanding to international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier performance.


Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs and logistical delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of R770 or more within South Africa.

For orders below R770, standard shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
